- A damage/nuisance deposit of £200 is required for all bookings
- This deposit may be reduced for bookings of less than
6 hours at the discretion of the Lettings Administrator
- The
deposit will be refunded at the end of the hire period subject to the relevant conditions of hire
- To
request your deposit return, please send an email to payments@owmh.org.uk with your deposit invoice number, booking date and confirm how you would like to
receive it:
- By bank transfer - please provide
account name, account number and sort
code
- By cheque - please note cheques will
be signed at our monthly committee meeting (third Monday of the month)
