Deposits

  1. A deposit of £200 is required for all bookings
  2. The deposit may be waived for regular bookings or reduced for bookings of less than 6 hours at the discretion of the Lettings Administrator
  3. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the hire period subject to the relevant conditions of hire
  4. To request your deposit return, please send an email to payments@owmh.org.uk with your deposit invoice number, booking date and confirm how you would like to receive it:
    • By bank transfer - please provide account name,  account number and sort code
    • By cheque - please note cheques will be signed at our monthly committee meeting (third Monday of the month)
    • By card – only available if you paid your deposit by card
