Our prices are changing

On the 1st April 2016 our prices are changing.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the increases are kept to a minimum the Hall is now quite old, a number of recent essential maintenance costs have taken their toll on our finances and we must ensure that we are adequately prepared for the future.

We have also tried to simplify the charges so we now have just 4 basic rates:
  • Bookings up to 16 hours 
  • Bookings over 16 hours
  • Fri/Sat/Sun evening after 6pm 
  • Commercial Bookings of any duration 
To qualify for the over 16 hour rate, bookings can include a series of regular but shorter duration bookings - for example a booking containing eight two-hour slots.

The activity covered by each booking must be the same meaning that if you want to make a booking for two, 9-hour, slots but the activity is different for each slot then this will not qualify for the lower rate.

The pricing calculator tool has been updated with the new prices so you can see what a potential booking may cost, but please note that any prices are indicative and apply to single bookings only.  If you require more information or pricing for a regular booking please fill in your details along with your requirements and click the Request Quotation link and our Lettings Administrator will contact you about your requirement.

New Boiler

Our new boiler will be installed the weekend of 19th and 20th of September - just in time to keep you warm when the weather changes!

Online Booking System

We are transitioning to a new online booking system. In the Bookings section you will see a list of upcoming bookings (private bookings do not appear in this list) and a calendar showing all bookings. Clicking on a booking will give you information about that booking. If you are an existing booker you can click the plus sign on a day and create a new booking request.
The Booking Enquiry allows you to submit a booking request if you are not an existing booker.
The Pricing tab allows you to get an indication of what your booking may cost.
