Damage Deposit
A refundable damage deposit is payable at the time of booking.
The deposit is held to cover the cost of any damage, additional cleaning, loss of keys, or breach of conditions of hire.
Return of Deposit
If no deductions are required, the deposit will be returned on request by the hirer. Requests must be made by email.
Please send an email to payments@owmh.org.uk with your deposit invoice number, booking name and date.
Time Limit for Requesting the Deposit
To help us manage our accounts and close off completed bookings, the hirer must request the return of their deposit within 120 days of the date of the event.
If no request is received within this period, the deposit will be treated as unclaimed and will no longer be refundable.
Deductions
Where deductions are required, the hirer will be notified of the reason and amount. Any remaining balance of the deposit will be returned on request.
Transparency
These terms are provided at the time of booking and form part of the hire agreement. By confirming the booking, the hirer accepts these conditions.
