Once we have received and accepted your booking request, you will receive some emails from us - please check your spam/junk folder(s) for them!
One will be for the deposit invoice which needs to be paid to confirm your booking.
The hire fee invoice will arrive on the 1st of the month before the month of your booking.
Please remember to book all the time you need in the Hall - your access code will not work until the time you booked to start and you will be charged for any time used after your booked end time.

The Lettings Administrator is best contacted by email as above; it may take a few days to get back to you as most of us are volunteers.
Please ensure you have familiarised yourself with the Conditions of Hire prior to making a booking.
Note: We are aware that some external companies have/are advertising the Hall as suitable for their party services for children using Go Karts. Old Windsor Memorial Hall have not been approached by these companies for permission to advertise these services as suitable for the hall and we will not accept related bookings.
